Why should I use a mortgage broker?
There are many reasons to use a mortgage broker but the simplest explanation is to save time and money. A mortgage broker will find you the best home loan for you and then proceed to carry out the application process for you, in other words a start to finish service. And this service is provided at no charge to you.
A mortgage broker has a wealth of industry experience and is across the industry enabling them to deliver accurate, efficient advice to you.
How much does a mortgage broker cost?
