  • General information; name, address, DOB, licence number
  • Number if dependant children and ages
  • 3 years of address history
  • Employment details; current position, gross & net income, name & address of current employer, start date, employment type and duties
  • If self employed, company type, name, trading name, ABN/ACN
  • Income details, bonuses, commissions, Centrelink, etc.
  • Monthly living expenses; groceries, utilities, cars, childcare, etc.
  • Liabilities/debts; personal loans, car loans, HECS, Credit Cards (Limits), etc.
  • Assets; property, household contents, savings, shares, super, cars, etc.

Supporting documentation will be required, below is a list of the types of documents that might be required to be presented to a lender.
